White label Facebook ads pricing: what to compare

By Wit Media · October 20, 2026

Two fulfillment quotes can look similar and cover very different work. Before comparing the account fee, write down what your agency needs to deliver and who will handle each part. That makes it easier to price your service and set expectations with your client.

Start with the total cost of delivery

Separate the management fee from the money spent on ads. Then account for creative production, landing pages, CRM subscriptions, tracking setup and any onboarding work. Ask which costs recur and which apply once.

A low management fee does not tell you whether the arrangement fits your agency. You might still need someone to write scripts, approve creative, troubleshoot tracking and communicate with the client. List those responsibilities before calculating your margin.

Put the scope side by side

Ask each provider the same questions. Written answers are more useful than a broad promise to handle everything.

  • How many ad accounts, campaigns and offers does the fee cover?
  • Who writes copy, makes images, edits footage and provides new creative inputs?
  • Are landing pages, CRM workflows and tracking included or quoted separately?
  • Who monitors the campaign, and how are changes and questions handled?
  • Who owns the ad account, assets, landing pages and data?
  • What happens if the client pauses, changes their offer or leaves?

Define what a good lead means

Agree on the audience, geography, qualification criteria and offer before launch. Your client may call something a qualified lead while a reporting dashboard counts any completed form. Those are different measures.

Keep leads, appointments, attended calls, sales and collected revenue separate. The fulfillment team can improve the campaign and follow-up process, while the client’s availability, response time and sales calls also affect results. Make each responsibility visible.

Check the handoff before you scale

A sensible first account tests the whole working relationship: onboarding, access, creative approval, reporting and issue resolution. Confirm the client’s assets and permissions are ready before choosing a launch date.

Ask how you will review work before it reaches the client. If you need a particular reporting format or communication arrangement, agree that up front rather than assuming it is included.

How to discuss pricing with Wit Media

Our white label service page contains the current advertised offer. Start there, then ask us to confirm the scope for your accounts, including any additional creative, funnel or CRM work. Ad spend and third-party tools should be discussed separately.

Bring your client niche, current offer, number of accounts and the work you want to hand off. That gives us enough context to discuss responsibilities and a suitable scope without guessing.
